Paella Catering in Hertfordshire

We are a family run business cooking traditional recipes handed down over the generations. Jorge is Spanish and our Paellas are made with an authentic recipe passed down through his grandmother Maria, who was a professional cook in Spain.

We use spices and rice that are imported directly from Spain. This helps to make our “Sofrito” (sauce) and therefore our Paellas, incredibly tasting and authentic (Auténtico!)

Having a long-standing tradition in both sides of our families in the catering business and a passion for food, Auténtico was created to provide authentic catering from family recipes handed down through the generations to those that appreciate not just great quality catering but "the real deal". We bring authentic Spanish food to any occasion and create some theatre by cooking it in front of your guests so that they can take on the delicious aromas while waiting to eat. We are also the only company in the UK that delivers Paella directly to your door or venue making it more accessible to all.
