What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
Here, at Good Times J.A.M, we are focused on providing a fantastic service at a cost-effective price. For us to be able to provide you with the best quotation, please provide us with as much information about your event as possible, including timings, playlist etc. Once we have this information, we can then advise how we can help make your event magical.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's your event, your day, your way. Make sure when you are booking your entertainment, you get exactly what you are looking for. Although suppliers will range in costs, ensure you are finding out as much about each company as possible, for example, are they insured? Is there equipment at risk of breaking down? How many years experience? Will the DJ look good in your photos? Think about every bit of detail to ensure you are getting exactly what you want.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Good Times J.A.M started up on the basis of wanting to provide a quality service, at a cost-effective price. As a group of DJs, who had worked for other companies, we found there were limited event suppliers who made the event about their customer and made the event to suit them more.
That is where we came in, ensuring we meet all customer needs!
