What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

We would need to know the date of the event, how long they would like us to hire our services for, the location where the event is taking place whether it is indoors/outdoors, therefore the more information we have, we can then offer the best quote which matches what the organizer is looking for.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To ask the right questions in regards to the products the provider has to offer, look at the reviews given for other events the provider has been to, this can give you so an idea of what the product can offer. Then you can ask any questions you can think of to make sure it is the right provider for your event.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We started our business where we just came up with the idea of a magic mirror, we have been to many events and saw a Magic Mirror on one event and spoke about doing it ourselves. We are all energetic and have a passion for providing great levels of customer service so decided this is something which we can do and grow year on year.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

There have been many bookings thankfully so have to say Add to Event is brilliant and sourcing clients who are keen on hiring our services. We have been to a wedding where no one has seen the magic mirror before, we were there for 4 hours and it was used no stop as kids/adults/families were taking numerous photos, creating lovely memories and having great fun. We had the photo album where guests wrote lovely messages and took a picture home which was lovely to see, from this event we had more bookings as people who attended the wedding had our details and wanted to book us for future events which is great.
