In order to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, we need to know the event date, the estimated number of guests, any special dietary requirements, and the potential venue.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Reviews of the provider from other customers are one of the most important criteria you should consider before making a decision. Another thing you should pay attention to is that the potential caterer's working method should match the design you have set up for your event. Another thing to consider is how your guests will order their food and when it will be ready.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

It all started almost 30 years ago. Founder: Ozgur started working as an apprentice 30 years ago in a bakery where bread and traditional foods are still made with traditional methods. He learned the secrets of perfect dough kneading, leavening, and proving techniques from his master. In the following years, he gained experience to obtain the perfect pizza dough together with the scientific facts behind the traditional methods.
After developing a passion for making perfect handmade pizza, we have decided to share our experience and passion with a wider audience. Wild Dough is now serving artisan Neapolitan wood-fired pizza throughout Cambridgeshire from our custom-built mobile wood-fired pizza van.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have served our delicious wood-fired artisan pizzas in Welwyn for the family we contacted via the "Add to Event" page after the contract of the respected family who organized a birthday party for their daughter was cancelled with the caterer they had previously agreed upon.
We received orders of around 75 guests before the birthday via a special order page that we opened on our website. All guests were able to get the pizza they wanted within the time allocated for them. Everyone was so happy that they couldn't find enough words to say thank you.
