Whether you’re planning a wedding, birthday party, festival, or community event, we bring a relaxed, professional setup and friendly service. We use carefully selected ingredients like Italian flour and cheeses, and offer a menu that suits a wide range of tastes — from classic Margherita and crowd-pleasing favourites like pepperoni or ham & mushroom, to more unique and fancy toppings for those wanting something different.
Our trailer runs entirely on battery power — no generator needed — meaning no noise, no fumes, and a much more peaceful setup for your special day.
We’re passionate about good food, reliability, and making your event run smoothly. If you’re after a simple, tasty catering option that guests will genuinely enjoy, we’d love to be part of your event — one pizza at a time.
Our Story
It all started in our garden with a small pizza oven. I spent countless hours practising, experimenting and learning, always trying to improve. Over time, that small hobby became a real passion. I developed our 48 hour fermented dough, experimented with different recipes and quality ingredients, and kept pushing myself to make every pizza better than the last.
Eventually, my wife and I decided to take a chance and turn that passion into something more, and Ovencraft Pizza was born.
We both work for the NHS and still continue doing shifts alongside running the business. For over a year now, we’ve been balancing our NHS jobs, family life and Ovencraft Pizza while chasing our dream and building the business from the ground up.
It takes a lot of hard work, long days and late nights, but we genuinely love what we do. From our converted horse box trailer, we now cater for weddings, private parties, corporate events and local events, making our pizzas fresh on site and sharing something that originally started in our own back garden.
We’re still learning, still improving and still pushing ourselves. For us, Ovencraft Pizza is more than just a business. It’s something we’ve built together through passion, hard work and the dream of creating something of our own.
Our Team
We’re also proud parents of two young children, balancing family life, our NHS jobs and building our dream together. We work hard as a team and put a lot of passion into everything we do.
Experience
We have now been trading professionally for over a year, putting a huge amount of effort into every event we attend. We especially love weddings and take pride not only in the food we serve, but also in the presentation of our horse box trailer and making sure our whole setup looks great for every occasion.
We have years of experience working with dough, fermentation and different cooking techniques. We’re always learning, experimenting and trying to improve, from perfecting our 48 hour fermented dough to creating new recipes and topping combinations.
For us, there is always something that can be made better, and that is what keeps our passion going.

Can’t recommend highly enough!
Ben and the team at Ovencraft Pizza catered for my 50th birthday party recently. The communication, service and of course the delicious pizzas themselves were all outstanding. The pizza truck itself is lovely and really adds a special touch to your event. Ben is such a lovely guy and really cares about what you need for your event. I can’t recommend Ovencraft Pizza highly enough, they were a joy to work with!
Creative and great quality food and service
The food at our wedding became the star of the show. A beautiful spread of Antipasti was layed out for our guests and quickly it was devoured! Everyone who attended told us how much they loved the pizzas and evening paninis. The set up was super smooth, everything was taken care of and we were even consulted politely as to ensure the timing of the pizzas was executed with the ongoing daily schedule. When planning the meal, Ben provided fantastic and creative ideas and helped advise regarding variety and quantities, using their great experience, which made the process really easy. We would highly recommend them, best food and caterers ever! And we are so grateful for all they did for our wedding day.
Simply the best pizza!
We hired Ben and the team at Ovencraft Pizza to cater for our guests at our wedding and words can’t describe how perfect it was. From the initial quote all the way to the big day, Ben was fantastic at communicating and giving us the options they have to cater to our guests! On the day they came in their beautiful converted horsebox, setup quickly and most importantly quietly, and were firing off different pizzas like nothing i’ve ever seen before. Our guests all complimented the pizzas and were so happy with the options available to us. Not only that, Ben went above and beyond by catering for my mother who is severely intolerant to Gluten and other allergens, she got her own pizza and loved every bite. I can’t reccomend them enough!
Amazing food and great service!
Communication throughout was great and the pizza options were fantastic, particularly for our guests with dietary requirements. They arrived on time and the set up fitted out aesthetic perfectly.
