What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order to provide a comprehensive quote, we need to know the date, time and location of the event. Importantly we need to know the physical standing of the area (as we have a pizza trailer and need to be able to park) and we need to know whether or not the organiser can provide power, water etc or whether we need to bring it with us. Lastly, the organiser needs to know their own mind, do they want us to provide table service? Are they using multiple providers? If so how do we coordinate and who is in charge?

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly try to know what you want so as to present a clear vision to the provider. Secondly, there are no stupid questions, we know a lot about pizzas and can answer just about every question and given appropriate time and resources, we can pretty much accommodate all sensible requests. Thirdly throw as much information at us as possible, this means that we will not have to bother you closer to the date. We can provide peace of mind and look after the details so that you enjoy your event.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Kitchen Garden Pizza started because we were disillusioned with the pizzas we saw at events and festivals. We wanted to bring our sense of wonder and excitement to pizzas and we had the opportunity to team up with an amazing kitchen garden to bring the best fresh ingredients to your pizzas. We love seasonal ingredients and feel that they should have centre stage when it comes to pizzas.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We are new to Add to Event, and so can hardly claim any experience. We have been providing stellar service to local customers who have come to us directly and know that positive feedback from our clients is a real buzz and we can't wait to start receiving bookings from people on the site. Our expertise is pizzas and we love it when repeat customers keep on coming back and saying how much they love our food. Would we recommend Add to Event to others, well we have been recommended by friends in the industry and will certainly recommend it back once we get the first bookings in.
