What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

So we are able to provide a tailored quote to suit your event needs, please give a brief explanation of the type of event you are hosting and what your ideal event would include. Please include the date, time, number of attendees and if possible a rough budget, this will help us to provide a quote suited to your requirements.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't be afraid to ask the provider some questions! Find out what the ins and outs of the events are and make sure to check they are fully insured, have PAT tested equipment and if working with children, are DBS checked.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I began my business 3 years ago, as a result of my passion for performance, working with children and makeup and face paint design. I strive to give a 5* service at all of our events and have worked hard to continuously improve the quality of our costumes, resources, performers and standards. We want to make your event special and tailor it to our customers needs to ensure you have your perfect event.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had a LOT of bookings through Add To Event! I would say it is how we get the majority of our work. The process is easy, quick and simple, it is affordable and allows you to contact clients easily and efficiently. I could not name a single event that has stood out from our Add to Event bookings, as all of them have been full of excitement, fun and incredible memories.
