Brought ALL their own equipment plus fresh ingredients. Prepared EVERYTHING in situ. Silvestre happy to talk whilst working which was a bonus. Food choices worked supremely well. Nicely presented. Liked that he described the food to us. Highly attentive throughout. The desserts left us full ... happy ... and content. No small feat for a noisy family "do". And the icing on the cake?
