What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

To provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, The Spanish Way FC needs different information, such as the event date, the venue where the event will take place, a brief explanation of what the customer needs, the number and age of the guests and the extras that the customer would like to add or remove from our suggestions. From this, we can use our experience from other parties to provide a suitable quote.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, ask the provider if they did this kind of event before. A provider with a website, photos or videos, reviews, etc is more reliable than a provider that only offers you a service and a price without any visual proofs of their work. Then I would ask the provider for any recommendations to add to an event, to see how professional they are, or if they try to charge you in an abusive way. Also, you can ask as well for the equipment that they will provide, the number of professionals in there, qualifications, public liability, company number, etc.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

The Spanish Way FC was born at the end of 2018 to fill a gap in grassroots football and children sports in the city of London. From the personal experience of their founder, this kind of service is provided, in a 90% of times, without any professionalism or football or sports knowledge from the current providers, that only looking forward to increase their benefits, rather than to provide a quality service. For us, our most precious value is our customer, the children that we teach every weeks in sport values. A ethic football or sport service always should to be provided, even your customers have no experience, or they are inexpert.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I have bought some credits from Add to Event recently, and I have seen a lot of offers every day on this website. We are a football club, that ran it's first party at the beginning of May 2021, and since that we have done more than 10 parties until today. We reckon that parties and events are key for sports providers because more people can recognize that our service is a quality service, and spread the word to others.
