What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a quote, we need the client's requirements, the date of the event, number of staff they require, the timings of the event, number of guests and the location of the event.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly ask a provider about their experience and who recommends them. Second of all arrange a meeting with the provider before you book them, speak to them about your requirements. Get everything in place so your event will meet your expectations.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I have worked in the hospitality field for more than 8 years, I used to work for an agency specialising in events I've learned, I've progressed and then one day I've realised that I am ready to start everything on my own. I did not have enough money to start with, but with our hard work and quality service we went from 3 staff to over 80 staff today and the financial issue got sorted in time.
