I had been let down by several other caterers before I found Gong’s kitchen so was so relieved when they contacted me to offer their Caribbean cuisine. Right from day one, Claire’s communication was prompt and professional. On party day, the setup was beautifully presented, the Caribbean food was INCREDIBLE, delicious and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone went back for seconds.
