What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a full quote, we need the date, times, estimated number of guests and whether the venue has power and water onsite. Also, we need access to the venue at least 4 hours prior to the event. With this information, we can use our experience to put together a suitable bar.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When comparing quotes, please ask the mobile bar about the quality of the goods they are providing. Also ask for a price list to be submitted - this way you can get a good idea of what your guests will be paying for their drinks. As well as this, ask the supplier if they will be supplying bottled beers or draught. We won't supply run of the mill beverages unless specifically asked to do so by the client - we sell quality beverages at reasonable prices.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Go Cornish was created as we recognised that there was a gap in the market place for quality Cornish beverages. Everybody drinks Cornish lager, beer and cider when they are on there holidays and sitting on the beach and I wanted to bring the great taste of the South West to the East Midlands, bringing back great memories of happy holidays.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Would I recommend Add to Event to others? Absolutely!! We have lots of enquiries/bookings for our services through this platform. We have just supplied 450 people at a corporate event with beverages, and we have some other very large events booked throughout the summer.
