What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote we need to know their realistic budget, party numbers including children and location. Power and water availability are also helpful. Also are food allergies. With these details we can provide an accurate quote.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It’s good to know your provider's background and what experience they have in what they are offered. Ask what menu options they provide and if they can do and specify requirements for allergies.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I’ve always been a chef and always had the plan to own my own business. This was the perfect start for me and I got inspiration from the film Chef starring Jon Favreau. I have loved cooking whether it be at work or at home and constantly looking to improve and learn new things.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
I’ve only recently started on Add to Event but the requests come through thick and fast. My last event was at a tap room/brewery which went very well with lots of happy customers.
