What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide an accurate quote we would suggest providing the following information:
Date of event, where it will take place, what time roughly you would require services and for how long, an idea of roughly what you require. How long do you want the end production to be roughly.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask about experience. take a look at some of the previous work produced by the company in question. Have a chat with them, there is never an obligation to buy services at this point. Ask as many questions that occur to you and ask advice from the company on suggestions for the video.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Reel Fast started as an idea around 2012 between a few friends who had some ideas and huge passion around short films after being involved in the making of a film. After several years of dedicated learning to gain the relevant skills, Reel Fast embarked on setting out to make its own short film. From this event, it generated some interest locally and we started to be asked to produce different work for people and businesses. With so much positive feedback we embarked on moving this into a business.
