What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, we ideally need the venue & location, event date, times required, type of event and what they would like to get from the services they are requesting. From this, we can give a more accurate quote and more information on what we could provide for the client.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I see so many brides and customers day in and day out getting taken advantage of from disreputable companies. Do background checks on the company and make sure you feel 100% comfortable about putting your event (especially a wedding) into their hands. I like to check a company's Facebook page. How active are they? Do they upload photos of their work and do they advertise their reviews from previous customers? Contact them and ask them about the services they offer, as well as making sure you get contracts in place so you can feel more at ease! Ask if they can invite you down to their offices as its always good to meet! Last but not least, it's always important to remember cheaper isn't always better!

We started off as a DJ company around 4 years ago. With time we have expanded massively and are now offering up 3 different styles of photo booths, LED starlit dance floors, giant light-up love letters, top table backdrops and much more.
