About Matt Barber - Member of The Magic Circle
I started practicing magic at the age of 12. More than 13 years of practice later, I started to share my performances with a wide variety of audiences. My specialism is close-up effects. Being able to see magic performed right in front of one's eyes is a unique experience not usually forgotten quickly.
With me, you can book with confidence as you have chosen a magician who has been deemed worthy of membership to the world famous Magic Circle.
I am able to perform in a variety of different situations so please get in touch to discuss your requirements with me. If you are unsure how to embed magic within your event, I can also discuss this with you.

amazing magic show
pre event communication was good, Matt arrived in plenty of time and worked the tea party tables with aplomb - his tricks were brilliant and all in all provided great entertainment for our guests - thank you Matt!

Perfect at my Dad's 90th
Matt performed his close-up magic to guests at my Dad's 90th. He circulated amongst all tables spending 10-15 mins with each small group. Everybody loved it, stimulating lots of fun & laughter.

70th Birthday party close up magic
Matt was fantastic and very professional. The guests were a range of ages, from 5 to 75 and all thought it was a great performance. Nearly every guest came up to me and said how great Matt was and asked where I’d found him. Would not hesitate to book him again for a function.
