About Mizcarib
We have done mainly festivals and fairs but what we offer is versatile and our catering unit can be taken anywhere.
We use Jerk drums to prepare our jerked meat and fresh ingredients and seasonings for our other dishes. Our menu can be modified to accommodate our customer. So if your not to keen on spices we can reduce it, I also offer more traditional menu items such as beef burgers, dirty fires, hot dogs, breakfast baps.
Typical Clients
We have catered at a variety of festivals, fairs, charity events and food shows around the country, Private parties and cooperate functions even location catering for photo shoots. No safe location is off limits.

Tanya was/is extremely responsive and flexible.
I had about 70 guests and had selected a range of options from the MizCarib menu. All my guests were impressed by the professional service and the amazing tastes of all the options offered them.
Thank you so much for adding to the day - for posing no problem - for arriving at a distant venue (Milton Keynes - from Croydon) - on time and being completely ready, though we were running late with the schedule. I certainly recommend Tanya and would use her again.
