About Panache Ice Cream
We are an independent ice-cream company based in Suffolk and we aim to take over the world with our super smooth, irresistible creations. We attend festivals and functions all over East Anglia , South East and London. We work hard to make classic flavours the best you've ever had and bring exciting, bold flavours to the table with cocktail inspired recipes. Some of our flavours include white chocolate and honeycomb, cookies and cream, mango and passion fruit, raspberry, espresso martini, gin and tonic, caramel and bourbon, strawberry and prosecco.
Our current winter menu is:
Belgian Liege Waffle, Sea Salt Caramel, Brown Butter Pecans, Choice of Ice Cream

You can find us at all kinds of events and festivals and who knows we may even gatecrash your wedding!
(P.S. We believe that the 'real' stuff is the good stuff!)
Typical Clients
We currently trade at food festivals around the country such as the BBC Good Food Show at Hampton Court, Knebworth House, the Ideal Home Show and currently also trade at various 'Street Feast' venues across London in our converted horse trailer (pictures attached) or gazebo.
