Beyond Expectations!
Absolutely fantastic. Simply can not praise this company enough! Filippo communicated fantasticly throughout the booking process, was informative and quick to respond with any queries I had.
He arrived exactly on time to set up and wasted no time in being prepared for our gates opening. He worked at an incredible speed, yet still managed to take the time with each customer to ensure they were being taken care of, and receive the most amazing customer service! I even over heard one young customer describe him as 'the nicest ice cream man he had ever met!'.
We are already rebooking him next year and even hoping he will attend more events we put on in the future, and hope to continue a long and happy relationship with Paolo & Son Ice Cream
