Couldn't ask for better.
Very prompt responses to all emails. Drove 50 miles to meet me for the site recce. Turned up on the day in immaculate uniforms and with an ambulance. Very personable. Very good value for money. Fortunately, there were no casualties needing treatment on the day of our public event but the Pheonix EMS team gave off that air of quiet competence reassuring me that they would be well on top of any problems we might encounter.
