About Piggylicious
We are a family-run business that can cater for all outside events around Yorkshire. Weddings, corporate, festivals, weekend events etc. Our trailer is powered by a 30kva super silent generator so no need for electricity.
All our pork shoulders are seasoned for 2 days in fridges then slowly roasted on the BBQs for up to 10 hours and finished wrapped and placed in ovens overnight to finish the cook-off. We then pull the pork and get it ready for the event. We serve the juicy tender pulled pork in fresh buns (from the bakery the morning of the event) with apple/BBQ sauce and stuffing.
On loaded fries, BBQ sauce, nacho cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, crispy onions and micro coriander.
On loaded nachos, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, nacho cheese, BBQ sauce, crispy onions, jalapeños and micro coriander.

We also serve cold drinks.
We have a 5-star food hygiene certificate, and full insurance and all appliances are tested with certificates.
Typical Clients
We’ve catered for the cricket and rugby matches when England have been playing so are used to serving food quickly. We cater for corporate events, weddings and formal events which are a lot slower so we get the chance to talk to our customers. We all wear the piggylicious uniform, hat’s included. We challenge ourselves to any events and can get good reliable staff to jump on board.
