A Family Run Beautiful Mobile Bar
Hire Prices:
1. Standard Bar Hire for any event up to 4 hours £99, 4-6 hours £199 or 6-8 hours £299
You then choose whether you want a Cash Bar where your guests pay for themselves, a pre paid bar where you pre pay any amount you want to suit your budget (Minimum of £300 for under 30 people or £600 for over 30 people), once spent you can topup or revert to a cash bar for your guests to then buy their own drinks.
2. Wedding Packages - Bronze, Silver and Gold
BRONZE - Bar Hire Fee £150 plus £3.50 per head for a welcome glass of Prosecco up to 115 guests
SILVER - £599 (Includes Bar Hire Fee of £150), 150 welcome glasses of Prosecco for your guests on arrival
GOLD - £799 (Includes Bar Hire Fee of £150), 200 welcome glasses of Prosecco for your guests on arrival, free soft drinks for children and designated drivers
You can also choose to add on a speech drinks package for all your guests to have a second glass of Prosecco at a discounted price if booking one of the wedding packages above.
With any package (Standard Bar Hire or Wedding) you can choose to have a cash bar, prepaid bar or a combination of both so you are in full control over how much you wish to spend.
The Non Refundable Booking Fees covers the following:
- Secures your date exclusively for you
- Full bar hire for the duration of your event
- Travel to and from your event location up to 40 miles (45p per mile thereafter)
- 2 serving staff (at least 1 of which will hold a personal alcohol licence)
- Disposable glassware, straws and napkins
- Removal and disposal of all bar related waste
- Application for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN), should your venue require one to be able to serve alcohol
- Public Liability Insurance
- Option to select drinks from our standard menu, so you choose the drinks you and your guests will enjoy!

AMAZING! FABULOUS! WONDERFUL!
Oh my goodness! What can I say. Rick and Kay went above and beyond to provide the most wonderfully presented bar. It was just gorgeous! I’m struggling to describe just how amazing it was. They both set up in torrential rain with smiles and such a positive attitude. They could see I was feeling nervous, but they put me at ease throughout the day. They looked after me!! The bar is stunning. You can choose the colour of the ballon garland which I highly recommend. It is a work of art and just adds more magic. Thank you both for making our birthday celebration better than we had hoped or dreamed of. You were beyond amazing. Do not hesitate to book!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Kate & Will xxx

Pop Fizz Cheers you were great! Thanks so much for serving drinks at our wedding. The service was impeccable - neither Hannah or myself had any real time to check in with the team and make sure that everything was going well (sorry!), but you ran with things and looked after our guests which is exactly what we hoped for! We heard loads of great feedback from family and friends, and we’re so grateful that you kept everyone fuelled for the party!
Fantastic addition to our event!
Arrived on time, and was set up & ready to go for the start of our event. The trailer looked fab, the selection of drinks and cocktails were brilliant, and everyone commented what a fab addition to our corporate it was. The service was spot on too, and so overall it provided real value for money. Would definitely book again.
