Based in Whiteley, I am a fully trained barista. I hold full Public and Product Liability Insurance and have a fully up-to-date Local Authority Inspection certification and I am a fully certified member of the Nationwide Caterers Association. The business has a 5 STAR Food Hygiene Rating, the highest award possible.

My newly converted black Mercedes Vito adds a touch of class to any event and always attracts a lot of positive attention and feedback. I am entirely self-sufficient with no need for water supply, electrical hook-up or the use of noisy/smelly generators and am therefore able to trade in indoor or outdoor spaces and can work for long periods in remote locations using the vans unique combined power system.

My coffee is a unique blend of the highest quality, small batch blended and roasted beans, which is ground to order meaning I can offer you the freshest coffee available. I have an extensive menu of gourmet coffees, luxury hot chocolates and other café favourites along with speciality beverages including Organic Matcha Green Tea and Spiced Chai Tea lattes, other teas and freshly prepared smoothies.

People love the iced coffees, frappes and freshly prepared milkshakes and often can't resist the temptation of the delicious cakes, pastries and other sweet treats. The van also boasts a hot-hold oven meaning hot food such as bacon rolls, pastries and the likes can be offered. There is also a self-serve refrigerator which can house sandwiches, baguettes, salads and cold drinks etc.
