Good service but could be improved
Ruby the entertainer was lovely and really engaged with the children but she wasn't provided with the correct equipment and therefore we had to compromise which had a knock on affect with the activities with the children I felt for the money they could have done alot more

The staff supplied were very competent and friendly and worked extremely hard. They had good people skills and I was very impressed with how they worked together, considering they just met on the night.
Communication prior to the event could have been better. I emailed RubyLemon the day before just to make sure all was ok, and called many times but with no answer on their main phone line. I was beginning to panic when the organiser called me the following day to say all was ok, but this was on the actual day of the event. I think it would be better to have notification a day or so beforehand (I had booked a month previously) just to touch base and assure all was well. As it turned out the the staff turned up promptly and were great.

Nina and Emily were early, so could be fully briefed. they were professional, talented, totally charming and a joy to have around. they worked very hard and did not stop for the 5 hours they were with us. I cannot recommend them highly enough. many thanks to all at RubyLemon for a prompt, professional and very special service, sorted out for us as very short notice. we will definitely use the service again.
