Wedding Planner / On The Day Co-ordination
As every wedding is different, we are flexible in our approach. It's your wedding.
Let us be there to help guide you through the preparations before your big day leaving you without the stress on the day.
This service is priced per hour with a min of 6 hours required or this service can be added to the options listed below if more staff are required
Event Manager
For all your event management needs, we have a dedicated team of professionals to manage your event, taking all the stress away from you. We arrive early for setting up the event and have the skills to manage every aspect necessary.

Bar & Waiting Staff
We can offer you dedicated bar or waiting staff to assist with your function, so it runs smoothly on the day.
From front of house staff to event teams we have the right staff for you, let us take the stress out of your event.
You can add additional hours as you require after consultation.
This service is priced for 2 staff for a min of 4 hours
Security & Stewards
We can offer you dedicated SIA security staff & stewards to assist with your function, so it runs smoothly on the day. We have years of experience and have the right person for your event who will go above and beyond to make your function safe and enjoyable.
This service is priced for 2 staff for a min of 6 hours

Excellent service
From start to finish Richard has been professional, calm, helpful and efficient. From his communication in the planning stage, right the way through to leaving, I can’t fault the service we’ve received from SA Events. Richard and team arrived 30 mins early.
Richard immediately took any stresses and concerns I had away. Nothing is too much trouble, nothing phases him. He and his team worked so hard in such a friendly manner. Top marks for a super service!

Outstanding care
Well where do I start with my praise for Richard & Adrian, except to say they were amazing! Richard was in touch regularly to make sure he understood & could co-ordinate my birthday. They arrived early with everything noted, & gave helpful suggestions. They helped us set up then took over the event completely so I could just enjoy myself. Everyone knew that Richard was in control, & our guests loved them too. They welcomed our guests, helped all the entertainers, they sorted out the parking, & kept everything running smoothly. They continued to clear up for us & saw all staff & guests safely out. We want to hold another event just so we can have Richard & Adrian run it for us. We can’t rate them highly enough. Absolutely fantastic
Richard and co provided an incredible service for our DIY wedding. Right from booking Richard gave us some invaluable advice from his extensive experience which helped making some difficult decisions much easier. On the day we could not have asked for a more helpful crew. Our instructions were vague at best and Richard and his team made everything go fantastically smoothly, from setting up to serving food and drinks to running the bar, they were on top of everything the whole day. Wedding dream team
Richard and the team were originally employed to manage the evening bar at our daughter’s wedding but after consultation with our caterers they stepped in at short notice to take up the slack for the whole day, organising the champagne reception and serving food. Richard also acted as event co-ordinator to take all the pressure off me on the day. Everything went superbly well, Richard was utterly unflappable and calm, only asking me a question when absolutely necessary and going above and beyond the call of duty. I wish I had found him earlier in the process of wedding planning - my life would have been entirely stress free. I cannot recommend SA events highly enough and would definitely use them again.

Absolutely outstanding service!
Richard and his staff provided the most incredible service at our wedding, they really held the day together and the attention to detail was second to none. Every single guest was looked after and absolutely nothing was missed. Our guests commented on how outstanding they all were. Could not recommend more
Thank you so much to Richard and his team. From day one, his communication was fantastic and he could not have been more helpful. Anything that I asked or requested he was happy to arrange and do. On the day of the our wedding the whole team were incredible, they did everything that we asked and more, making sure that our guests were looked after and ensuring that the day ran smoothly. They even managed to hunt down tea bags from the venue owner to make a Grandparent a cup of tea despite us forgetting to provide this. I highly recommend them for any event but especially a wedding.

Amazing & Professional Service
We hired SA Events for our wedding on Saturday and they really went above and beyond to make sure our special day ran smoothly! Not only did they serve our guests meals in a professional and timely manner they were also happy to help with having our toast drinks ready for guested and also ensured our guests were refreshed throughout their meals! Amazing service and really friendly staff! Thank you SA Events!

Couldn't have done the day without them - AMAZING!
We had a festival type wedding, which we did not understand the level of organisation required... Richard and his team completely took the reins from us on the day, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We could not have managed the day without their help.
SA events worked seamlessly with the other companies. They were professional, personable and proactively solved the (many!) issues we had during the event. They had excellent communication - Richard even called before the event to confirm the requirements. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond. We can't thank them enough for their work and will 100% invite them back for other parties!!
