A bit of our history...

Stefan, John and Chef Sergio met whilst working in the hotel and catering industry and between us we have well over 50 years experience in some of the best catering establishments in the world. What started as a friendly conversation over a cup of coffee soon developed into a great idea.

From managing events in The Ritz London, working in one of Gordon Ramsey’s premier London destinations to rearing pigs. It’s something that we’ve all done.

Spinning Porkies was born out of a love for running hospitality events using the best possible produce and ensuring the best level of service to suit your event. We are particularly passionate about bringing our experience to the Hog Roast, Rotisserie and Barbecue market. These styles of events are growing more and more popular in The UK regardless of the season, are fun to do, inexpensive and always memorable. Our experience, knowledge and skills will ensure that your event is exactly the way you want…whatever the weather!!
