We offer a 12 hour slow cooked hog roast served in a freshly baked roll, with sage & onion stuffing, home made apple sauce and crunchy crackling. Kids hotdogs, rustic buffets, sides dishes, sauces, veggie/vegan/GF options and homemade desserts. We provide bio degradable cutlery, plates and serviettes.

We are registered with Breckland Council and we were awarded a food hygiene rating of 5 stars in June 25. We have public liability insurance and the relevant food safety certificates.

We’re a military family ran business. We’re reliable, presentable and well organised. Planning is well prepared, service is simple and our food tastes great. So I’m confident we can leave a good impression for your guests, both with the service and the food. We have a converted horse box and a gazebo so can cater for all venues.

Sides – Luxury red & Apple cabbage coleslaw, Charlotte potato salad, Spinach & pine nut pesto pasta salad, Beetroot & spinach salad, Greek salad, Tossed Mixed Salad.

Sauces – Homemade Apple sauce, BBQ, Tomato sauce, Sweet chilli Sauce, Mustards Mayonnaise, Balsamic or Caesar Dressing

Desserts – All flavours of Individual Cheesecakes, Chocolate Brownies, Blondies, Rocky Roads, Cookie Pies, Stuffed Cookies, Personalised cupcakes

Honestly, we bought the business off Facebook after a few glasses of wine! The plan was to offer very rustic hog roast, to throw chunks of meat in a roll and sell it. But then Lauren started wanting to make things look prettier, more colour, more of a display. So we evolved (very quickly!) into what we have now, a well organised, professional catering business offering our services to weddings, parties and corporate events. We receive most of our business through word of mouth and have been going from strength to strength since 2021.
