Meet the People Behind 4Chi Soul Food

At the heart of 4Chi Soul Food are husband-and-wife duo Tochi and Nyrene, two passionate food lovers whose shared dream turned into a soulful culinary journey.

Tochi, born of Nigerian heritage, brings deep African flavours, creativity, and bold inspiration to every dish. His background and passion for authentic, home-style cooking form the foundation of 4Chi’s signature taste.

Nyrene, of Jamaican heritage, adds warmth, spice, and Caribbean flair, blending vibrant island influences with a modern twist. Her attention to flavour, presentation, and atmosphere helps create the unique dining experience our customers love.

Together, they lead a dedicated team of six full-time and two part-time staff who share the same love for food, culture, and community. Each member plays an important role in creating the 4Chi experience, from the kitchen, pop-ups, events to customer service, every plate and smile reflects the spirit of unity and joy that defines our brand.
