We deliver the tubs thoroughly cleaned, with complimentary gazebo, set the tub up, talk you through the simple instructions to ensure the most pleasurable Alpine experience and when we leave you we leave you with an instruction guide with our dedicated helpline number in case you need to contact us and once your festivities are over, we pop round at a time convenient to you to take our baby away.
At Alpine, customer service and cleanliness are absolutely vital as we want to show we appreciate your custom as we don't want clients, we want friends.

Good comms answered all my questions. Hired for weekend but had for few days. Had a slight problem and they came straight out. Hot tub good. Will hire again. Good value. Only comment was to have had instruction sheet instead of trying to remember verbal instructions. Good company

Easy no hassle hire great quality hot tub and friendly efficient service. We decided we wanted the hot tub another week and even though they were super busy and pretty much fully booked they sorted out there collections and deliveries and got back to me straight away to let me know we could and would even drop off more chlorine for us! Really fab and if we don't end up buying one will definitely hire from Alpine again!

Great service, good communication. The hot tub was delivered a day before my daughters party to give it time to warm up. It was a great success and made the day. My daughter and her friends thoroughly enjoyed it. Hassle free service, I can highly recommend.
Very pleased with this service
Good sized hot tub and easy to use. We all had fun using it and it's a great idea for a party. Timing of drop off and pick up went a bit astray but it wasn't a problem. Very satisfied with Alpine Hot Tubs and would recommend them.

I had the hottub over New Years Eve and it was a massive hit with everyone...so nice to be out in it especially with the cold weather...we were never cold in the hottub. Alpine Hot Tubs provided a brilliant service, they were friendly, they worked around any minor issues I had...they were very laid back but professional...100% I will use them again!
