Friendly, polite, professional service offering hot tub hire for any occasion. We deliver the tubs thoroughly cleaned, with complimentary gazebo, set the tub up, talk you through the simple instructions to ensure the most pleasurable Alpine experience and when we leave you we leave you with an instruction guide with our dedicated helpline number in case you need to contact us and once your festivities are over, we pop round at a time convenient to you to take our baby away.
At Alpine, customer service and cleanliness are absolutely vital as we want to show we appreciate your custom as we don't want clients, we want friends.

Absolutely brilliant!!
Absolutely loved the Hottub for my daughters birthday! She was over the moon! The guys are so lovely and really helpful. 100% will be using them again! Highly recommend :)
The experience was wonderful.
I remember when I booked (paid) for the hot tub I was feeling a little anxious. I wasn't sure if it would go to plan, I had no clue (until I asked) how it would be connected and that I would need a hosepipe. Eventually the hot tub arrived (delivery van broke down). It was easy to use and once the water warmed up (it took ages) it stayed relatively warm. The pop up tent they provide is a lovely touch (keep neighbouring peeping toms at bay) the entire family enjoyed it (age range 7-49)
Prior to collection they would like you to drain the water (which is a simple knob you turn and the water gushes out) they then simple clean and dismantle it and take it away. Our delivery man was Glen a vey friendly person. I would high commend this hot tub company
Great value for money
Excellent service, answered all my concerns before I went ahead. Glen set up very quickly and was on call if help needed but all ran smoothly. Great fun and enjoyed by all.
Easy process to rent for a party even if in a small space
I rented a hot tub for a weekend kid's party (aged 11 not tiny) in terraced house back garden in London. Only company that were prepared to have the tub on the grass. Both email contact with the firm and with the delivery was great - quick replies, trouble free and helpful. The tub itself worked very well - we had to learn a few things on the job like children jump in and out and get it dirty, and that you have to switch off the pump to air the system (just undo something and let the air out) but we did have four nights to use it and dream of having one of our own!
Perfect product and service
The company were a pleasure to deal with, from booking to delivery to collection. Very friendly and tub was amazing!! Will defo do again and 100% recommend these guys!

Iain was extremely helpful and quick to reply, Glen was brilliant at keeping in touch regarding delivery and collection. Hot tub was enjoyed by all, absolutely loved it, wish I could keep it. Will definitely be using Alpine Hot Tubs again.
Enjoyable
Set up was a little rocky to start, but it all worked out in the end and the girls loved having the hot tub for a 13th birthday party. The crew are very responsive and professional. Would definitely use them again.
