Alpine Hot Tubs

What a wonderful company to work with; excellent service from start to finish. Hot tub was delivered on time; the gazebo was a godsend as the weather was typically British, but it did not stop us having a great time. Thank you, Iain and Glen, for an outstanding job - we all had a wonderful weekend. I've already booked it again.

After looking through many companies.
I chose Alpine Hottubs.
Boy oh boy I am so pleased with them .
I contacted them and paid a deposit after going to and fro with countless questions to which they responded very politely.
I had a little panic and realised that the Saturday before hottub due on Tuesday I hadn't heard from them. But once I contacted them they completely put my mind at rest. Glen then duly rang to explain that he calls all of his customers on Monday morning to organise delivery.
Glen rang to let me know when the delivery was going to be. Then rang again to say I was next delivery and how long roughly he would be.
Monday morning came I then received a call to let me know when he would come around to pick up.
Excellent Service all round would highly recommend .

Great service from Alpine - great value, and delivery meant we had it for a whole week rather than the weekend we paid for! fantastic!. Gazebo was included for free too! Made our BBQ go so well, and everyone had a great time in the tub from lunch until 2 in the morning! Many guests will be hiring one soon too by the sounds of it!

I hired a tub as something different and fun to do for my birthday and was not let down, it was awesome!
Easy to book and the guys are very helpful, replying to questions and sending info through very quickly. Delivery and pick up was very efficient. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great customer service all the way through...... even on a Sunday! From quote through to delivery immediate response to questions and update on delivery, which was exactly on time. Tub was quick and easy to set up, stated 24 hours to heat from cold before ready for use was accurate. Make sure you have a hose to fill (saved by a friend!)! Hired as a last minute treat for my 3 large teenage boys plus mates, to relax during revision period prior to exams. Ordered Sunday evening delivered monday morning. Boys couldn't have been happier. Bubbles worked well and good depth. Only disappointment no steps and no gazebo. Highly recommend, thanks Iain and Glen.
