We deliver the tubs thoroughly cleaned, with complimentary gazebo, set the tub up, talk you through the simple instructions to ensure the most pleasurable Alpine experience and when we leave you we leave you with an instruction guide with our dedicated helpline number in case you need to contact us and once your festivities are over, we pop round at a time convenient to you to take our baby away.
At Alpine, customer service and cleanliness are absolutely vital as we want to show we appreciate your custom as we don't want clients, we want friends.

Great service great product
Very easy to follow the procedure on add to event, which just got interest from companies who could provide the product we needed. Friendly and informative reply from Alpine Hot Tubs who could deliver to fit in with my availability. Product easy to use but could perhaps have had some written instructions to leave with us incase we wanted to double check.

We really enjoyed our hot tub experience with Alpine Hot Tubs! It was easy to organise and Alpine were great - good contact and flexible with timings. The tub was delivered and set up and instructions given to ensure we had a great week. Will definitely use Alpine again - highly recommended to all!
Friendly and reliable
I had lots of questions before I was happy to book and each time I received a friendly helpful response. The hot tub arrived on the right day despite the driver being very busy and he cheerfully set up the tub in the pouring rain. He took as much time as I needed to explain everything to me. We had the tub for the bank holiday and used it every day despite the weather. Whole experience was lovely and stress free. Thoroughly recommended
Very efficient and fast service
I found this service to be a fantastic help. With 2 kids, no time and a heap of work to do, this service took all the stress away. Alpine Hot Tubs service was very friendly with great communications and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best for our moneys. I would definately recommend both the web site and Alpine Hottubs. I hope they both do well into the future.

Excellent service all round
