Friendly, polite, professional service offering hot tub hire for any occasion. We deliver the tubs thoroughly cleaned, with complimentary gazebo, set the tub up, talk you through the simple instructions to ensure the most pleasurable Alpine experience and when we leave you we leave you with an instruction guide with our dedicated helpline number in case you need to contact us and once your festivities are over, we pop round at a time convenient to you to take our baby away.
At Alpine, customer service and cleanliness are absolutely vital as we want to show we appreciate your custom as we don't want clients, we want friends.

Friendly, efficient & Proactive, Hot Tub stayed lovely and warm, IaIn & Glen were great people to do business with, thank you, Samantha n.b would be a good idea to mention the 13 amp extension lead required on booking wishing you both every success for the future.
Excellent Service!
Very good customer service and communication. The hot tub was just what we wanted and held it's temperature well during use over a couple of hours. Came with a bonus gazebo which was nice (although used to shade another area, was quite nice to sit in the tub in the rain..!)

A fantastic 21st
Really quick set up with the lovely Glen, showing us how to use it and the dos and donts.
Had no problems whatsoever, the awning was great as we decorated it with pretty fairy lights. Really comfy to sit in and went down great with guests! Lovely and warm,

Brilliant Service
Hot tub arrived as stated and was put together by a member of their team. Instructions on how to use the tub were easy and everything relevant was explained. Tub is very roomy (easily fit 5) and great to relax in, would definitely recommend to others as something a bit different. They also threw in free gazebo hire, which we placed over the tub.
