We deliver the tubs thoroughly cleaned, with complimentary gazebo, set the tub up, talk you through the simple instructions to ensure the most pleasurable Alpine experience and when we leave you we leave you with an instruction guide with our dedicated helpline number in case you need to contact us and once your festivities are over, we pop round at a time convenient to you to take our baby away.
At Alpine, customer service and cleanliness are absolutely vital as we want to show we appreciate your custom as we don't want clients, we want friends.

Great company, good value hire
Really friendly on setup, explained everything we needed to do to keep it clean/running. We've had inflatable hot tubs before but this foam wall one was far better, more substantial and you can lean on the sides without it spilling over! Really enjoyed it for the two weeks we had it.

They arrived on time, put up the hot tub quickly and collected it when they said they would. We had a fantastic party, and everyone loved it.
Amazing company
Great hot tub, came in parts so space getting in wasn't an issue. Lovely Canadian spa model so nice and deep and easy to maintain. Party goers loved it and had a few days to enjoy it with grandkids afterwards. Ian was great arranging it and Glen delivered and set up in record time. Definitely recommend.

Took 24 hours to heat up then after 3 days stopped working but kids had a great time when it was working.

Rented a hot tub for a Christmas event with friends. Really impressed with the service. Very efficient and reliable. I was a little daunted about setting up the temperatures etc myself but Glen talked me through it and was very patient with any questions I had. Very easy set up and maintenance. After being let down by another service, Alpine Hot Tubs came in and provided their service instantly, cheerfully and hygienically. I would recommend this company over any other as there seems to be a lot of bogus companies doing the same thing but not delivering the goods after they have taken your money. We had a great party!
