At Ari’s Pizza, we’re all about flavour, theatre and bringing people together.
Every event is different, which is why we create custom menus for each client. We’ll work with you to build the perfect line-up – whether that’s our unique Eastern Med creations, the classics you know and love (Margherita, Pepperoni etc), or a mix of both. We make our dough from scratch using a fermentation technique born out of Italy. The result? A superior quality dough that’s light, crispy and tasty.
Our setup is modern and professional but with a rustic and charming Eastern Med feel. Perfect for bringing people together! Our premium, 3x3m black gazebo, trimmed with glowing fairy lights, sets the stage for a pizza experience that’s as inviting as it is delicious. At the heart of our mobile setup are two restaurant-grade pizza ovens. Their unique rolling flames bring energy and excitement as guests watch their pizzas cook in just 90-seconds.
On one side, a dedicated prep station keeps our fresh ingredients at hand, while stainless steel worktables provide a clean, professional feel. At the front, our service station showcases Ari’s signature wooden serving boards and Mediterranean-inspired oils & dips – all designed to add theatre to your event.
Our main patch is the Midlands but we're happy to travel to other areas of the country.

Our Story
Cooking, and food in general, is a huge part of my life. From an early age, I understood the power of food — not just as something to eat, but as a way of bringing people together and creating lasting memories. With family in both Cyprus and the UK, I grew up around big gatherings, shared tables, and generous plates of food, often cooked by my Yiayia (Greek for Nan) that always seemed to spark laughter, conversation, and connection. Good food isn’t just part of my life — it’s part of who I am.
My passion for food didn’t stop there. At the age of 16, I enrolled at one of the UK’s leading culinary arts schools. Training as a professional chef at a school with strong industry connections opened doors to various opportunities in the UK. From working in casual dining and Michelin-starred restaurants to catering at large hotels and events, I’ve honed my skills as a chef and learned about the art of hospitality.
One of the stops on this incredible culinary journey was a local pizzeria. Here, I discovered the magic of pizza and how something so simple could bring people so much joy.
Ari’s Pizza is the culmination of my journey so far. We bring bold and vibrant flavours from the Eastern Mediterranean to hand-stretched, stonebaked pizza. Think juicy chicken shawarma, succulent slow-roasted lamb & tzatziki, and honey-drizzled spinach & feta. And yes, we do the classics too!
Our blend of culinary expertise, passion for food, and cultural heritage is brought to life in every pizza we serve.

Experience
Professionally trained chef (since 2012) who has worked in casual dining and Michelin-starred restaurants. I've also worked at large hotels delivering banquet style catering. I decided to pursue my passion for pizza by launching Ari's Pizza in August 2025.
