At Artisan Pizzeria by Paul, our pizza is cooked with a passion for the very best ingredients, pairing Italy's finest flour, cheeses and tomatoes with the best local produce.

We pride ourselves on interesting flavours, and all our Pizzas are freshly hand spun and cooked with love and a bit of theatre at a very high heat in our custom converted Van with a wood-fired kitchen, blistering the dough, creating beautiful air pockets in the crust and are guaranteed to bring people together over amazing food.

It started with a Campervan...... Just before lockdown we bought our first VW Campervan. This opened up a world of possibilities and as a family we liked nothing more than attending Festivals and sampling some of the amazing Street Food that was available, but we never seemed to find a truly great Pizza at Festivals.

We got started on researching, by tasting Pizza all over the country and indeed the world in places like Venice, Rome and Dubai.

Finally in 2024 we hit on the right ingredients and set about starting our own Food Truck so we could enjoy Festivals and bring our pizza to those Festival goers.

In 2024 we created our first Custom converted MAN van with a full woodfired kitchen and love notihng more than taking the Pizza Van around to interesting, unique and fun venues for others to taste the woodfired Pizza, cooked how Pizza should be cooked.

We are experienced at providing services for Corporate events and private parties however big or intimate. Our client list includes Shell, Siemens, Red Bull F1 amongst others
