About Biddulph's Pizzeria
I use an Italian built Fontana wood fired oven using kiln dried wood. A real point of difference on any event. The majority of my ingredients are imported from Italy. It's as close to Naples as you can get.
My pizza dough is made using the finest flour called Caputo. This gives a unique quality and flavour you only get by using this type of flour. Cooked in a Italian built Fontana oven, cooks at around 700f for about 2 and a half minutes leaving you with an authentic Italian taste. I also take as much pride in my service as I do the quality of my pizza.
