From our converted Rice horse box we serve genuine Neapolitan pizzas.
With only Caputo flour, Salt and H20 we slowly ferment our dough giving it a unique depth of flavour. All of our bases are hand stretched every morning to produce the classic Neapolitan floppy middle and big light airy crusts.
During the week we can be found around villages in North Wales selling our pizzas. Look out for our distinctive black and white horse box. Pop along to one of our midweek spots to try one before booking us for your event.

Friendly,professional,fab pizzas, highly recommend
Dominic was very helpful from start to finish. Easy to contact, friendly and very professional. At the event he arrived on time, was very efficient and his pizza stall looked very enticing. His pizzas are all hand made from scratch, traditional Italian pizza with really fresh tasting ingredients. The pizzas were sold at an appropriate price reflecting their quality and at the event were popular with everyone there. Dominic is very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend Bonni’s pizza for your event. I would definitely ask him to return to our next event.
