Boston & Hawthorne is a mobile cocktail and events bar company, based in Tadcaster, North Yorkshire. We provide 100% fresh cocktails and a premium full bar service with only the best draught beers, spirits and wines with a relaxed and informal service. We're proud of what we do! - Our clients love our premium PET glass-free reusable glassware for their private events and weddings, as it removes the risk of smashed glass, whilst still looking great. If you'd prefer, we can also serve drinks in compostable disposables. - Our experienced staff make our service better than the rest, and we pay a great wage to ensure your guests get the best service possible. - Between us, our staff have decades of industry experience, which enables us to provide the service we would want if we were a guest at your event. What units can we bring to your event? - Our converted vintage green and cream Rice horse trailer bar is perfect for all your outdoor event bar needs. - We also have 4.8m (4 x 1.2m) of rustic pallet wood bars which can be used indoors or under our 6m x 3m cream event gazebo. Our pallet wood bars and event gazebo are perfect for garden events or to supplement our horse trailer bar for larger events. Drop us an email to book one in. We've always got lots of quotes out, if you let us know you're interested, we can hold your event date for you for up to 7 days. Private and corporate clients will need to pay a deposit of £350 to secure a booking with us, we give our clients 1 month to cover our deposit. For public and charity events, we don't require a deposit and in many cases are happy to pay pitch fee's or a % of our sales in commision for access to your guests. Through this system, this year, we helped raise £1400 for LOROS Hospice in Leicester.

We're happy to work all over the UK for the right event, but you'll usually find us working a 3 hour radius from our base in LS24 North Yorkshire. We work with various types of clients - private, corporate, charities, councils, festival and event organisers. We work on lots of types of events, from private weddings, parties and birthdays to corporate events, marketing activations, public festivals and events. During the summer you may see us out on the road at music festivals and community events, whilst in the winter you can find us working a lot more private indoor events with our pallet wood bars and out with our horse trailer serving mulled wine, boozy hot chocolates and Irish coffees at markets and Christmas events.
