What units can we bring to your event? - Our converted vintage green and cream Rice horse trailer bar is perfect for all your outdoor event bar needs. - We also have 4.8m (4 x 1.2m) of rustic pallet wood bars which can be used indoors or under our 6m x 3m cream event gazebo. Our pallet wood bars and event gazebo are perfect for garden events or to supplement our horse trailer bar for larger events.

We provide free consultations before you book to ensure we can provide everything you need. Drop us an email to book one in.
We've always got lots of quotes out, if you let us know you're interested, we can hold your event date for you for up to 7 days.
Private and corporate clients will need to pay a deposit of £350 to secure a booking with us, we give our clients 1 month to cover our deposit. For public and charity events, we don't require a deposit and in many cases are happy to pay pitch fee's or a % of our sales in commision for access to your guests. Through this system, this year, we helped raise £1400 for LOROS Hospice in Leicester.

Great bar
We worked with Boston and Hawthorne at one of our outdoor cinema events. They were professional and friendly, with a great bar that the customers loved. We will definitely work with them again in the future
Absolutely fantastic
Josh and his team at Boston and Hawthorne, were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, at our first charity festival. 500 people attended and the staff all worked tirelessly to keep the queues down which made the day a lot less stressful for us as organisers. All the drinks were top notch,especially the cocktails, we had so many good comments about the service at the bar and how friendly the staff were. Josh we will definitely be in touch about next year.

I chose this company based on aesthetic and high quality plastic glassware which was s must our at home wedding DIY wedding in one of our paddocks. However, i couldn't be happier or wished for a better experience with Boston and Hawthorne. The Ower is so professional and had everything covered and went above and beyond to help with the smooth running of things. The drinks were top quality and reasonable prices. The cocktails were amazing. 100% recommend.
