American-inspired casual eats focused on hearty cheesesteak sandwiches with a Caribbean twist and a few comfort-food sides.

The menu also introduces Croffle desserts, a different American take on waffles with croissant texture with sweet fillings or to be served as a savoury option.

The traditional American brunch choice Chicken & Waffle.

Originally known as Rolls & Fries. Brixton Cheeseteak also sells freshly made to order Jerk Chicken & fries or comforting mango quinoa salad.

The company also has a traditional Caribbean menu consisting mainly of:

Our Story

Brixton Cheesesteak began as Rolls & Fries, founded to fill a noticeable gap in the UK market for true authentic American street food. Drawing inspiration from the iconic Philly cheesesteak and the founders’ Caribbean heritage, the brand naturally evolved into a bold American-Caribbean fusion concept.

The introduction of the jerk menu represents the journey of blending smoky, spice-led Jamaican flavours with classic American comfort food formats.

It’s a celebration of culture, flavour, and Brixton’s community spirit, offering catering and street food experiences for every occasion.
