Our founder Bruce Wilson has thirty years’ experience in catering and hospitality. He’s worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, headed up the 7th Floor restaurant at the Tate Modern art gallery in London, run corporate catering for the likes of Sony Music, PlayStation, and Pepsi, and delivered events at Royal Ascot, the BBC Music Awards, Live Nations Festivals, among others.

We offer a bespoke service to all our clients, whether you’re planning a family party, an intimate dinner at home, a wedding celebration or a company function.
