Founded and run by Atele, a professionally trained chef with experience as a sous chef in a 5-star hotel, Canatelz blends culinary expertise with the fun, vibrant energy of the street food scene. Our setup is fully mobile, self-contained, and event-ready — with a 5-star food hygiene rating, public liability insurance, and a professional team passionate about quality food and great service.
We provide catering for a range of events including private parties, corporate functions, public festivals, and community markets. Our burgers are always freshly prepared and served hot with a choice of toppings and sides, and our dessert add-ons — like waffles and deep-fried Oreos — are crowd favourites.
