About Capital Nightlife
Capital Nightlife are a friendly, professional mobile disco service covering ANY type of disco event. Recommended by some of the UK's top venues, we also have over 20 years' experience and more than 5000 satisfied customers.
We like to give you as much input into planning your disco as you require - you can devise your own playlist entirely, or leave it in our professional hands.
Events we specialise in include: Weddings, Corporate Events, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Themed Parties, Engagements, Christmas and New Year parties.
We carry modern professional sound and lighting equipment and set up tidily and safely, with a stunning look and perfectly balanced sound.

Our Story
Music has been a huge part of my life for the majority of it. Singing in bands, musical theatre and of course DJ-ing for 1000's of extremely happy (and lovely) clients over 20 years as a professional DJ. Every client is unique, which is why I offer a bespoke playlist service to gain every advantage of keeping that dance floor packed all night!
Our Team
I'm James, a professional DJ of over 20 years, when you book with me, you get me! Some operate with large numbers of DJs, but I like you to know exactly what (and who!) you're getting. We'll talk on the phone, and maybe even meet beforehand - and plan as meticulously as you want to make your party the success it deserves to be.

Over 20 years of high-end professional experience, providing Disco entertainment and associated services (Magic Mirror, Dance Floors) for Weddings, Corporate Events, Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Engagements, Christmas Parties, New Year's Eve Parties, and more.

I've covered all types of events, from Weddings and Corporate events, to Celebrity Parties, Birthdays, and any kind of party where dancing and having fun is required! I've DJ'd for 1000's of newlyweds, company Summer and Christmas parties, even for Catherine Zeta Jones and Michael Douglas at the prestigious Sandhurst Academy.
I've held residencies for large hotel chains like Autograph Hotels and Crown Hotels, dedicated wedding venues and even at the legendary Carling Academy for their 'Guilty Pleasures' nights.

Excellent DJ, highly recommended
James was a brilliant DJ for a teenage party. Communication was excellent beforehand, he really went above and beyond to make sure that the music choices were right. He set up efficiently, was so polite and a pleasure to have in the home. The party was a great success thanks to his hard work all evening.

James was an absolute star taking on a last minute gig for our wedding in London! He was professional throughout — from the initial conversation laying out his service to the follow-up emails and communicating with our venue and other vendors. He was flexible with the playlist and discussed everything beforehand and prioritised what we wanted above all else. The guests all loved it! Great service and value for your time and money!
