My photography career began at the age of 15 when I covered for a friend photographing a sports event - four years later I started university in St Andrews, and while gaining my Bachelors in Biology I started photographing nightclub events. One thing led to another and now I deliver over 100 galleries a year of personal, professional (and still a few sports) events - from weddings, commercial events and family portraits.

I am now just over 5 years into my professional event photography career, enjoying treading the line between the timeless style and colours that define my work, while also making sure I bring the best of new technology and helpful hints to help achieve the absolute best results for my clients. I was incredibly lucky to have the customer demand to allow me to move straight into full-time photography out of university, so my business is my everything, and I'm endlessly grateful for the support of wonderful clients who make it possible for me to live and breathe a job I am so passionate about.

Happily I get to work with a hugely diverse range of people of all ages and backgrounds, and I am LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent inclusive. I frequently get personal referrals so often my wedding guests overlap! From my background in St Andrews I often find myself helping alumni celebrate - but just as equally I will join an older couple celebrating their second marriage in Arbroath, or two young US highschool sweethearts eloping in Glencoe. Best job in the world!

I'm skeptical of credentials and awards, having been on the receiving end of lots of emails from so-called awards companies where you pay to 'nominate' yourself/win! My credentials are simply my experience - and my work and client reviews speak for my experience better than I could describe here.
