The idea for our brand originally came from my mum in 2020. After the challenges of lockdown, she decided to step away from it, but the passion behind the concept always stayed with me. In January 2025, I rebranded and relaunched the business, with a vision to grow it into a scalable brand and become the best dessert brand in the market, driven by creativity, dedication, and a love for bringing people joy through exceptional desserts.

With over 15 years of experience in the catering and pop-up events industry, I’ve built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality desserts. This year alone, I have sold over 1,000 cheesecakes, showing the growing demand for our products. We’ve even had enquiries from major brands like KFC, further highlighting the credibility and interest our business attracts. We were also proud to receive the Best Pop-Up Stall in Bedfordshire, 2025, recognising our commitment to excellence, creativity, and customer satisfaction.

We typically provide our services for a wide range of events, including pop-up food stalls, corporate events, festivals, and community events, reflecting our ability to deliver high-quality experiences across different scales and audiences.

I currently hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification and have previously held a Level 3 Food Hygiene certification. My business also maintains a 5-star food hygiene rating, demonstrating our commitment to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
