About Chop & Chip Co
Chop and Chip Co is a specialist BBQ catering company, founded in 2013 with a street food heritage.
Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.
They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.
Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.
They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months).
They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

Great food!
Chop and chip were excellent to deal with from the start and catered for all dietary requirements. The team on the day were great fun and arrived promptly serving guests without waiting. Food was great and they even had spare left over for seconds!
Superb wedding reception food
The team turned up on time as arranged and set up was hassle free for us so we could still enjoy the day. They rang just before to check numbers and finalise quantities of the different dishes. On the day the staff were super friendly and happy to accommodate our guests requirements. The food was incredible and we have had lots of positive feedback from a range of people who thoroughly enjoyed each of the different dishes on the menu. They tidied everything up and would definitely recommend them for other events. We would use again when we next need something catering for.

Arrived at the venue promptly. Very polite and communicative. Extremely well organised - clean & tidy. A great menu received well by our guests - beetroot burger a huge success. Thank you for enabling my husband and I to enjoy our party without having to worry about a thing! Would certainly consider using again.

Personable, professional and polite
Catering for 250 people on the Jubilee Sunday weekend. All timings adhered to, the food was obviously freshly cooked and enjoyed by all who attended. Definitely will use again.
