About Chop & Chip Co
Chop and Chip Co is a specialist BBQ catering company, founded in 2013 with a street food heritage.
Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.
They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.
Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.
They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months).
They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

A fantastic service and excellent communication
Chop & Chip provided hot food for over 180 people. The communication leading up to the event was excellent and a fantastic service was received. We will definitely be using them again.

Fantastic Service
This Company have been amazing from beginning to end ! I would definitely use them again and really look forward to it . Connie and her work colleague ( didn't get his name ♀️) we're so friendly, helpful and discreet . They kept our surprise a surprise and went above and beyond to do that . Most importantly the food was delicious. Possibly the best burger we've ever had and all of our party goers couldn't get enough .

Brilliant service!
I used Chop and Chip for a work party in the car park and they were absolutely fantastic. They were on time and extremely organised and accommodating. The food was delicious with plenty leftover and many of us going up for seconds! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, very progressional, great communication and excellent quality food. We are still talking about it to this day! Thank you so much to the ladies on the day serving - I believe it was Sofia and another. They were great. Hope to use them again in the future!

The food was amazing, planning as very straightforward and the food service was seamless. All staff were really friendly and made planning really easy. On the day they were punctual and efficient. Cannot fault the service provided!

The team at Chop & Chip was awesome in the run up to the event, very responsive etc.
There were some hiccup on the day (showed up without cutlery which I had to go buy myself) and the food quality wasn't as high as expected, but it was good nonetheless!

Couldn't ask for better event caterers
Connie, Fergus, Marcus and the team were just spectacular at every step.
We held a corporate event in our offices for 70 attendees, with refreshments, cake, and a drinks reception with canapes.
Fergus took into account all our requirements and was quick to provide updated quotes that fitted our needs.
Connie and Marcus visited the venue the week before to go through logistics, and then on the day the team all arrived promptly, were polite and professional (even helping us to move some heavy furniture!) and delivered everything perfectly on time with no issues whatsoever.
The food was delicious (especially the chocolate cake!) and service was impeccable. I can not recommend these guys highly enough and would 100% use them again.
