About Chop & Chip Co
Chop and Chip Co is a specialist BBQ catering company, founded in 2013 with a street food heritage.
Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.
They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.
Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.
They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months).
They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

Fantastic service and delicious food
We booked Chip & Chop for a corporate event having found them through Add to Event. From the beginning we were provided with comprehensive info on what to expect including excellent menu choices. We wanted something different to the norm and thought that the airstream would be a talking point. Unfortunately the airstream didn't turn up - a smaller 'Rocket' did which was slightly disappointing. However, Andy and Natasha's friendliness and professionalism on the day more than made up for the disappointment.
We received lots of compliments about the catering from our staff, especially the pulled pork. We also liked the fact that there was no plastic waste afterwards. Thank you Chip & Chop, we hope to see you again.
Wedding
We used Chip and Chop for our wedding in our garden. Communication was excellent. We had phone calls with Fergus in advance and they contacted us the week before to check everything was ok. The two ladies who came on the day were amazing. They set up with absolutely no fuss and were really friendly and helpful. Oh, the food tasted fantastic, too! We would definitely use them again.
Excellent Company
Chop and Chip Co were professional and helpful in providing suggestions for my recent corporate event. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food was amazing especially having to feed between 100 - 200 within a short space of time.
Communication was excellent prior to the event.

Selecting a caterer is not always easy, but the recommendation made by Fergus of Chop and Chip Co for the buffet I was arranging was exactly what I was looking for, it was made easy to arrange, and was perfectly executed on the day! Fantastic Service
This Company have been amazing from beginning to end ! I would definitely use them again and really look forward to it . Connie and her work colleague ( didn't get his name ♀️) we're so friendly, helpful and discreet . They kept our surprise a surprise and went above and beyond to do that . Most importantly the food was delicious. Possibly the best burger we've ever had and all of our party goers couldn't get enough .
