About Chop & Chip Co
Chop and Chip Co is a specialist BBQ catering company, founded in 2013 with a street food heritage.
Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.
They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.
Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.
They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months).
They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

Professional, efficient, courteous and delicious!
Chop and Chip were fantastic! They were very helpful when our original booking had to be postponed because of Covid. Fergus kept us informed continually and made their requirements very clear. On the day, Chris and his colleague were efficient, punctual and very polite to us and our guests. The food was really delicious. We had a great selection to choose from, and we thought the price was very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would use them again in future.

Value
We had the chop and chip airstream set up for the evening of our wedding. We have to say that the food was excellent and the overall service was exceptional.
I'm not a veggie but had the halloumi burger was to die for. A lot of our guests said the posh dog was just something else and absolutely delicious. The spicy slaw was a great accompaniment to the burgers and I can highly recommend it (it's not too spicy).
The chips were hot and tasty and all served in recyclable trays with wooden forks.
Staff on the day were really nice and very helpful and couldn't have done more for us.
Communications from initial contact, through booking,to arrival at the event were spot on and no waiting days for an answer or update.
