About Chop & Chip Co
Chop and Chip Co is a specialist BBQ catering company, founded in 2013 with a street food heritage.
Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.
They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.
Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.
They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months).
They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

Friendly service and great food!
Chris was fantastic. Communication beforehand was really friendly, prompt and clear despite everything being arranged in a short space of time. Everyone at the wedding loved the food - great options for everyone and really tasty. The airstream worked really well with our relaxed festival vibe. Would highly recommend to anyone who is considering using Chop & Chip for catering.
Fantastic service, Fantastic party!
From the first conversation we had, Fergus and his team were so helpful and put together an amazing choice of food for our end of term party! On the day of the party, they arrived and set up without any fuss and were totally self sufficient so no having to find a long adapter at any late stage!! Their food was absolutely delicious, customer service outstanding and they were true professionals at all time. I would not hesitate to recommend Chop & Chip to anybody - they are a must have for any party!! Ps. you must have the churroz!!

Wonderful food, so happy with the service
Chop & Chip catered for our wedding at home in June 2021. We could only have a small party, Fergus and the team were incredibly helpful and flexible with menu and budget, and helped make our wedding perfect. The food was fabulous, we're so happy. Thank you!

Highly recommend
Firstly the booking arrangements, communication were excellent, answered all my queries and really accommodated any extra requirements. Following the booking the communication with the guys who would be attending was brilliant. On the day they turned up and set up so quickly. They were so polite and professional. Finally the food, we had so many great comments, it was our sons 17th so lots of hungry teenagers. They were amazed at the variety and loved it. Cannot recommend highly enough, Gabor and Zion were excellent on the day and made the party run so smoothly. Will certainly be using Chop & Chip again.

Great service and food
They tried their best to set up outside however due to very high winds this was not possible therefore they prepared and served the food in our kitchen and I was very impressed. They adapted to the situation and produced high quality food and left it very clean. Highly recommend.
