About Chop & Chip Co
Chop and Chip Co is a specialist BBQ catering company, founded in 2013 with a street food heritage.
Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.
They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.
Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.
They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months).
They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

Party for 30 people - food and service perfect
Was hosting a small garden party for neighbours - too many people for me to manage a BBQ and wanted someone who could come and do all the preparation and clean up after. I had in my head I would go with a BBQ but when the quotes came through the menu choices and overall package looked great so went with Chop and Chip
Marcus came on the day and did all the set up and cooking and it was brilliant - food was excellent and everyone commented how great the food was and how different too - we had a guest who was allergic to garlic and that was managed with separate portions too
All in all a great experience and would likely use again

I can't recommend Chop & Chip Co highly enough - the service was impeccable and the food was amazing, great veggie and vegan options provided. The whole team were a joy to work with, very willing and able to cater to our needs, and great communication from start to finish.
The airstream was a great finishing touch to our event and we hope to use the company again.

Overall a good experience.
We received very good feedback from our guests regarding the food. Communication was excellent, there was no drama when we changed numbers at the last minute. We also purchased some chicken goujons independently for a few children that were attending and Chop & Chip happily cooked these too. Plenty of food available - some people came back for seconds. They were fully independent in terms of cooking, didn't require power, cooking all food outside but serving inside on environmentally friendly disposable plates & wooden cutlery. A nice experience with friendly, easy going staff. One observation is that the "pulled chicken" looked more like "cubed chicken" and from a personal point of view was not "easy on the eye".
Great communication from the start.
We were really pleased with our choice. Communication was really good from the start and they worked with us to adjust the menu to cater for my sons dairy allergy. The food was really good and we had lots of positive comments from our guests. Good vegan options as well. We would use them again!
