About Chop & Chip Co
Chop and Chip Co is a specialist BBQ catering company, founded in 2013 with a street food heritage.
Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.
They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.
Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.
They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months).
They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

They tried their best to set up outside however due to very high winds this was not possible therefore they prepared and served the food in our kitchen and I was very impressed. They adapted to the situation and produced high quality food and left it very clean. Highly recommend.

Party for 30 people - food and service perfect
Was hosting a small garden party for neighbours - too many people for me to manage a BBQ and wanted someone who could come and do all the preparation and clean up after. I had in my head I would go with a BBQ but when the quotes came through the menu choices and overall package looked great so went with Chop and Chip
Marcus came on the day and did all the set up and cooking and it was brilliant - food was excellent and everyone commented how great the food was and how different too - we had a guest who was allergic to garlic and that was managed with separate portions too
All in all a great experience and would likely use again
